Steps for buying with BCA

1. Registration with BCA

2. Enter the Auction

3. Place bids

  • Kind of bids: tender free, fixed price, buy now, xBid, sealed bids

4. Buying vehicles

  1. Starting price is always lower than the reserve price
  2. At the end of the auction the sale is considered provisional and you can monitoring the status of your bids from "MyBCA" into section "Vehicles In Progress"
  3. BCA will start a negotiation between the Vendor and the Buyer, once the auction is completely closed at level of results, you can check from "MyBCA" into section "Vehicles Won" and "Vehicles not Won" the final status of each vehicle on which you made ​​bids

5. Payment

  • BCA will inform the buyer regarding the purchased vehicles and send related invoices. The buyer must do the payment within 48 hours from the invoice receiving date
  • A VAT deposit (20% of sale gross value) is required unless the buyer will make transport with BCA. Deposit will be refunded once BCA receive proof of exportation of the vehicle or the registration document
  • For each vehicle bought, the buyer pays a commission to BCA
  • Once having received the payment, BCA will send to the buyer the authorization document to collect the vehicle

6. Documentation

  • BCA will take care of de-registration process of the vehicle and provide the buyer the de-registration document

7. Transport

  • BCA can provide a transport quotation and organize transport for the buyer
